Overview
Queens 3D is published by Wolf & Ducks LLC. The app has no advertising, developer-operated analytics, third-party analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking. Wolf & Ducks does not collect personal data through the app.
Information stored on your device
Queens 3D stores puzzle progress, settings, completion times, hint use, Auto X choices, restart counts, and purchase entitlement state needed to operate the game. This information stays on the device unless an Apple service described below is enabled. It remains until you reset it in the app, delete the app and its data, or erase the device.
Apple services
- iCloud: When iCloud is enabled and available for Queens 3D, the app attempts to synchronize progress through Apple iCloud key-value storage. You can disable iCloud access in iOS Settings or sign out of iCloud.
- Game Center: When Game Center is enabled, the app attempts to authenticate at launch. Apple handles Game Center identity, display names, leaderboard scores, and achievements under Apple's terms. You can sign out or change Game Center access in iOS Settings.
- StoreKit: Apple processes purchases and restores. Wolf & Ducks does not receive your payment-card details.
Apple may process information under its own privacy policy. Queens 3D sends only the game information needed for the enabled service, such as progress, an achievement, or a Daily score. Wolf & Ducks does not operate a server that receives these records.
Support communications
If you email Wolf & Ducks for gameplay help or a privacy request, we receive your email address, message, and any app, device, screenshot, or diagnostic information you choose to provide. Wolf & Ducks and its business email service provider use this information only to respond, troubleshoot, maintain appropriate support records, comply with law, and resolve disputes. Support communications are retained only as reasonably necessary for those purposes. You may request deletion using the contact address below, subject to records that must be retained for legal or security reasons.
Retention and deletion
Local data can be removed by resetting progress where available or deleting the app. iCloud data and Game Center records are controlled through your Apple Account and Apple's tools. To stop optional synchronization, disable iCloud or Game Center access. For help with a deletion or privacy request, contact us below; we may direct you to Apple when only Apple controls the record.
Children and international use
Queens 3D does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other player through the app. The same privacy practices apply wherever the app is offered.

Wolf & Ducks reviews privacy practices before each release. If those practices materially change, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy answers before releasing the change. Material policy changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
