Chūzr Privacy Policy

Chūzr helps you compare and rank photos without sending your photos or ranking history to Wolf & Ducks LLC.

In short: Chūzr has no user account, advertising, cross-app tracking, developer-operated analytics, proprietary cloud backend, or remote AI image processing. Your photos and decision data stay on your device unless you deliberately export or share them.

Photos and camera

With your permission, Chūzr accesses the photos you select and images you capture so the app can compare, rank, preview, and export them on your device. If a selected original is stored in iCloud Photos, Apple’s Photos services may retrieve it under your Apple settings and Apple’s privacy practices. Chūzr does not upload your photo library or selected images to Wolf & Ducks LLC. Chūzr does not delete or modify your original photos. It saves generated exports to Photos only when you ask.

Information stored on your device

Chūzr stores projects, selected-photo references, ranking evidence, results, preferences, entitlement status, and small aggregate product counters locally on your device. The aggregate counters do not contain photos, captions, project text, recipients, transaction details, or device identifiers, and Chūzr does not transmit them to Wolf & Ducks LLC.

Diagnostics

Optional ranking diagnostics stay on your device. Chūzr sends a diagnostic log only when you deliberately use the system share sheet to share it. The destination you choose then handles that file under its own privacy practices.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, Chūzr schedules them locally on your device. Wolf & Ducks LLC does not operate a notification server for Chūzr.

Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Chūzr receives product and entitlement information needed to provide purchased features, but Wolf & Ducks LLC does not receive your payment-card information. Apple handles purchase information under Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Exports and sharing

When you export or share, you choose the destination through Apple’s Photos, Files, Print, or Share Sheet services. Chūzr removes temporary rendered files after the sharing workflow. Copies saved to a destination remain there until you remove them.

Data retention and deletion

Local Chūzr data remains on your device until you remove it through the app, delete the app and its data, or erase the device. Photos and files that you separately saved or shared must be removed from their destination separately.

Website

The Wolf & Ducks website is hosted through Cloudflare Pages. When you visit this policy, your browser and the hosting provider may process ordinary technical request data needed to deliver and secure the page. The website does not use an advertising tracker, analytics cookie, contact form, or user account system.

Information you send us

If you contact Wolf & Ducks LLC by email, we receive your email address, message, and any app, device, screenshot, diagnostic, or other information you choose to provide. Wolf & Ducks LLC and its business email service provider use this information only to respond, troubleshoot, maintain appropriate support records, comply with law, protect our rights, and resolve disputes. Support communications are retained only as reasonably necessary for those purposes. You may request deletion using the contact address below, subject to records that must be retained for legal or security reasons. Do not send photos or other sensitive information unless it is necessary for your request.

Your choices

You can change Chūzr’s Photos, Camera, and notification permissions in Apple Settings. You can remove projects through the app and remove Chūzr’s local app data by deleting the app. Wolf & Ducks LLC cannot retrieve or delete app data that remains only on your device. Children’s privacy and international use

Chūzr does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other user through the app. Because Chūzr does not operate an account system or backend for app data, Wolf & Ducks LLC does not receive children’s photos or decision history through the app. The same privacy practices apply wherever Chūzr is offered.

Changes to this policy

Wolf & Ducks LLC reviews Chūzr’s privacy practices before each release. If those practices materially change, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy answers before releasing the change. Material policy changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
